Dome Campers – 

The dome is still not up. While there is still a chance it may go up, we feel it is best to cancel dome camp. The original fee included five Sundays starting in January and we simply cannot deliver on our original plan. As such, we will offer refunds for dome camp. Any modified dome time we offer will be a substantial deviation from our original camp. Families will be able to re-register for any modified camp or open gym opportunities if the dome goes up. Priority will be given to those that already signed up for dome camp. Please check our website for news, updates, and new registrations. 

Refund Policy:
For most of you, we can offer full refunds back to your original form of payment. Because there is a 180 day refund policy through Sports Engine, we are unable to do the same for those who signed up with fall ball before July 21, 2021. Instead, we will be offering full refunds through a check or Venmo (we will reach out to each of you individually to determine the most appropriate method of payment). 

Other Option:
As a non-profit organization, we welcome a full or partial donation of your dome camp fee. As found on our website, we are continually improving our amenities and offerings. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. If you are interested in this option, please reach out to ryfsa01@gmail.com by Monday, January 17th. 

If the Dome Goes Up:
We will evaluate when and what kind of opportunities we can provide based on volunteers and time to plan. A new registration will be created at that time. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes for our softball families. Please know, we are as disappointed about this as all of you.

Lastly, this is for the RYFSA Dome Camp which was scheduled for two hours for  8U, 10U, 12U and 14U players on Sundays in January/February.  This is NOT the Rochester Dome League for high schools which is not managed by RYFSA.
