Because the RYFSA has been granted exemption under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, we will provide to you upon request:

• all documents submitted with Form 1023;
• all supporting documents of the the application Form 1023; and
• the exemption ruling letter issued by the IRS.
